Comments: Trini cars, the police arrest those who commit crimes. Full stop. Most of the time the police has to rely in witness who decide not to testify against them in court. This isn't the wild west, procedure must be followed.

That's because the big boys have the big bucks in the country. Everyone knows that. Why do you think places like Westmoorings and Bayshore weren't touched in this state of emergency?

How come you always see these little boys being arrested but not the big ring leaders being arrested. Its like with Al Capone and the mob... Police always arresting the small guys that carry out the crime but not the big godfathers that giving the instructions and paying for it.
