That is the downside with having the internet in the information age. All the criminals can do a search for all kinds of nonsense online and then recreate it.

This is why stop and search is so important. The public should be glad when we do these things because it means we cam all be safer.

Trinidad Criminals Using Pen Guns

Inspector Alexander of the TTPS said on Beyond the Tape that police officers stationed at Duncan St. Found a pen gun during routine patrol. Criminals in Trinidad are now using small devices that are simple to handle and assmble but contain ammunition.

Here is one description:
international QUOTE (Wikipedia)
A Pen gun is a disguised firearm that resembles an ink pen. They generally are of small caliber (E.g., .22LR, .25ACP, .32 ACP, .38-caliber, etc.) and are single shot. Early examples of pen guns were pinfired, but modern designs are rim or centerfire. Some pen guns are not designed to fire regular cartridges, but rather blank cartridges or tear gas cartridges
