I wonder if he knew who he was stealing from when he committed the crime. My bet is that he didn't and of course since the victim is someone of notoriety the suspect was caught and charged, what about when it happens to regular citizens?

Kureem Lutchman Jailed For One Year

KUREEM LUTCHMAN, the Sangre Grande man who robbed Arima Mayor Ghassan Youseph of a $6,000 gold chain, was yesterday jailed for one year after he admitted committing the crime.

Lutchman, 28, of Foster Road, Sangre Grande, was sentenced by Arima First Court Senior Magistrate Indra Ramoo-Haynes when he appeared before her.
